Roadmap
Founded in 2020, Xymbot is a company specializing in traceability solutions using RFID (Radio-Frequency Identification) technology, with the goal of simplifying the supply chain. Its mission is to provide businesses of any size and sector with an advanced platform for real-time asset traceability.
In September 2021, we implemented RFID technology alongside Pinazo. This tool enhanced inventory management and optimized workflow processes, providing reliable productivity indicators and facilitating real-time data collection. As a result, it significantly increased the efficiency and productivity of the company.
We consolidated Focke Meler as a client by implementing RFID technology, achieving a drastic reduction in the inventory management times from days to minutes. This improvement optimized both inventory management and shipping processes.
We began working with IAC Group, where the implementation of RFID allowed for complete control over packaging, eliminating interruptions and improving efficiency in the production plant by reducing downtime.
In May 2023, Xymbot joined the Lanzadera acceleration program,which strengthened the development of our technological solutions by providing us with access to key resources, specialized mentorship, and strategic collaboration opportunities.
Through this collaboration, we developed a Digital Twin environment that automates the flow of Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs) to optimize the preparation and delivery of online orders. Additionally, we implemented the Digital Product Passport (DPP)utilizing blockchain and Artificial Intelligence to ensure a traceable, transparent, and auditable product lifecycle, facilitating reuse, recycling, and eliminating counterfeits.
In collaboration with Tecnaliawe developed the SHOP4CF project, where we createda quality control tool for the assembly line, combining Augmented Reality and Artificial Intelligence to detect 100% of errors in real-time.
We also developed Kyklosfocused on creating a Digital Product Passport (DPP) based on blockchain technology to ensure and verify the integrity of products throughout their lifecycle. Both projects were specifically designed for the Micron 5+ series by Focke Meler.
This year, we joined the BFA (Business Factory Auto) in Galicia, a key accelerator in the automotive sector.Through this program, we leveraged valuable resources and specialized mentorship to drive our technological solutions forward, strengthening our presence and innovation in the automotive industry.
Xymbot was recognized with the CDTI NeoTec award for its innovative solution, the Digital Product Passport (DPP). This technology integrates encryption, data auditing, and Artificial Intelligence to estimate product health indicators and lifespan, offering disruptive transparency and reliability in decision-making throughout the product lifecycle.
Xymbot became a member of CEAGA, the Automotive and Mobility Cluster of Galicia. This membership has allowed us to access a strategic network of companies in the sector, participate in innovative projects, and strengthen our competitiveness in the automotive industry at a European level.
We work with Bidafarma, which successfully implemented the Xymbot solution, optimizing their logistics chain by automatically registering 100% of packages in their ERP system and instantly notifying customers. The staff can now associate over 50 packages with a single pallet scan in real-time, streamlining order preparation.
